Building the Future of Independent Soccer in Ottawa Every winter, thousands of players lose valuable training opportunities because indoor field space is extremely limited. Most available facilities are controlled by sanctioned organizations, leaving many independent clubs with very few options. The Canadian Academy Soccer League (CASL) is changing that. Our goal is to build a modern, year-round indoor soccer complex owned specifically to support independent clubs, academies, players, and families.
